ADAM's Story
With our progressive and holistic early childhood education philosophy, we understand that each child has unique needs and interests. We provide the environment and tools children need to thrive to the best of their abilities.
When we expose children to different environments, various learning experiences and a new language, we allow them to explore their self-awareness and gain a sense of the world around them.
We at ADAM's believe that children thrive in an environment which values their own uniqueness, while providing support and opportunities to grow emotionally, socially and creatively. By building on each child’s strengths, interests and curiosities, we guide each child to explore the world around them as well as develop new abilities and form close relationships.
The methodology behind our classes has been inspired by the pedagogical elements of Emmi Pikler and the Montessori method combined with the DORKO (Discover, Observe, Reach, Keep, Optimize) approach and our over 15-year experience working as educators.

Jessica is from England / Ireland and has been an EFL teacher for over twelve years. She has worked in a variety of educational and also therapeutic settings.

Oisin is a native English speaker from Dublin, Ireland. He is passionate about teaching English through practical means such as music and conversational activities.
Shauna

Shauna is an TEFL qualified English teacher from Ireland. With her Sociological background she has a keen interest in discovering individual teaching methods for each student.

About Adam
My name is Adam and I work as a full-time, professional, native- speaking Business English Trainer/Coach, Language Development Expert for Kids and Adults and Child Care Tutor.
Finishing my university studies, I earned my double Master degrees in American Studies, Teaching Psychology & Professional Teacher Training Pedagogy and Methodology. In addition, I am also CPR/FIRST AID certified by the American Red Cross. I have been residing in Vienna, Austria since 2010 with my wife and two children.
I possess over 15 years of experience, working my way up the ladder to become an expert of TEFL. Later I specialized in Language Acquisition Methodology for Adults and Kids as well as Teaching Psychology and worked as a YMCA Day Care Section Leader in Connecticut, USA.
Furthermore, I have been active in Children’s Language Development specifically for the St. Nikolausstiftung since 2017. I currently work with kids 3-18 years of age on a daily basis.
As Managing Director of ADAM's founded in 2022, I help children be immersed , get familiar and fall in love with the English language through our groundbreaking Native English TA Language program working with 3 private elementary schools including over 600 students from 30 classes in Vienna.
My vast experience, passion in education and teaching combined with my positive, social character and love for children keep me motivated at all times and keep earning me terrific feedback results from parents and institutions alike.
